Everyone remembers one of
our original features, Ask Igora! But due to her tragic death over a year
ago, the page was discontinued. After attempts at copy-cats (Ask Stumpy)
sunk quickly, we've decided to bring the page back. How can a dead
rat answer questions, you ask? Well, how can a live rat answer
questions... in other words, who cares, ask your questions anyway.
Igora is willing to be the animal Anna Landers, or a just a mascot
for the site; she'll answer any questions you throw at her. So take a peek
below and ask away! And if you are looking for her answers and they
aren't listed on this page, check out the
Archives!
Questions:
Do you think its possible that someday even people like
Mel will get accepted into heaven, or will they be forever rejected?
~Matthew
Hmm, Mel is an athiest, so I'm not sure... kidding kidding. At
first,I was going to say that God is a very nice person (as I know
him personally) and would surely allow people such as Mel into
heaven. But, considering that last weekend Mel desecrated a Lutheran Church
and offended nearly all of those present, I would say maybe God
has other plans for her...
Are they going to try to make the sequels to "The
Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy" into a movie?
~Matthew
I would say Hitchhiker's Guide performed decently, just
decently, in the box office, and perhaps those involved would
consider continuing with the series. But, I would say the only
thing that would probably hold them back is that there is a
limited market for such a thing, as the Guide is really only
that funny to those who have read the books and can appreciate
it when it's onscreen. So, although the Guide didn't bomb,
the lesser known books that came later might not be as much of
a hit.
Igora, how do you think the new Hitchhiker's Guide movie
is going to be? Is it going to suck and not do the book justice? Or
is it going to be awesome? Can you go see it first and tell me what
you think?
~Natalie
Alright, we've seen it... and it's hard to do such a great book
justice. But, I can't say they did a completely horrible job. They
could have done worse, but it's always fun to see something like
such a good book on screen. Our review is
here.
Can you give me mental power to understand the girls?
~Rene
Hmm, girls. Girls are silly things, you can never know
what they want or how they feel. For example, I'll quote "The
Catcher in the Rye": "The trouble with girls is, if they like a
boy, no matter how big a bastard he is, they'll say he has an
inferiority complex, and if they don't like him, no matter how
nice a guy he is, of how big an inferiority complex he has,
they'll say he's conceited. Even smart girls do it." Bloody girls.
All I have to say is girls can never be understood, but then again,
neither can boys.
What is the answer to the meaning of life?
