Hello all... twas a happy weekend, as I did very little indeed. Being lazy is good fun, but this weekend is going to be all busyish. But I had a happy day today, because the varsity girls team got together for a "group activity", so we watched Troy and ate food. Troy is actually a pretty good movie... although I saw Brad Pitt's butt quite a bit. Good quote from the movie: "War is young men dying and old men talking". Woot.
Have a good one.

Good evening! It's been a week, so much happening... At least exams week is over and my life is officially back to normal school-wise. I can't believe I'm in my last semester of high school... where did it go? Oh well, but the senioritis is kicking in, even though I know I'll miss it when it's over with. Because exams are over I had a very nice weekend, I only had one exam on Friday so Matt and I took advantage of the new snow and went sledding, and that was lots of fun. We also won our first game in league, which was happy. By the way: Happy Birthday to Christopher, Kim and Kelly! So much fun... Saturday was good too, I spent a lot of time with Heidi and my grandpa in the afternoon, and then I decided that I was going to have a nice time by myself at home. I rented About a Boy (hilarious, by the way) and Garden State, since Natalie recommended it. Right she was, it is definitely one of the best movies I've seen in a long time, so fantastic. After you are done watching it you are just sit through the credits and think about how good the movie was. If you haven't seen it, rent it. I'm thinking it's something I'm going to have to invest in eventually. I also read the book that Natalie recommended "The Perks of Being a Wallflower". Don't get me wrong, it's a very good book and it has a nice message... but I refuse to quote it or anything because is almost exactly like "Go Ask Alice", only with a happier ending. But it was a good book... just very schmutty. Yes... I just said schmutty.
Anyway, Sunday I made a blanket for a baby shower for this nice Canadian curler from the club. Yay for me and Casey (and Mel helping slightly) for making both a baby blanket and Mel's blanket.
Besides from all that all I have to say yay for me and Matt (10 months yesterday) and that Igora finally answered her questions. I will honestly try to not be lazy and stay on top of those in the future. Yay... Goodnight!

Good evening... and a happy evening it is. I was somewhat overproductive and I decided to take my PreCalc exam today instead of waiting until tomorrow or Friday. That means I took my 3 hardest tests today, so yay for the next 3 easier ones, and then my life will finally be back to normal and I'll be happy. Hmm... quick side note... I know Igora has a few questions to answer... that'll happen really soon I promise, I'm just really lazy right now. Hmm, I've been avoiding studying for French or Euro so I've been browsing blogs of the local teenagers again... and I feel I should write something melodramatic so I'll fit into the local scene. But I can't, because it's snowy outside and it's not cold anymore, and finals week is almost over... and I can't find a reason to bitch about anything. Do I feel bad for the rest of the Wausau teens though, their lives are so tough. I'm glad I have lots of nice down to earth friends who are aware of whats going on... or at least we do most of the time. Hello friends, you are all my favorites. But for now, goodnight.

Hmm, it's late on the eve of exams. Ah well. I'm preparedish. But more importantly, it's been snowing today, and it's a very nice snow, the kind that you don't really mind that much because it isn't really that cold outside and it's the kind that is good for sledding. It's very lovely. Well perhaps I should go pretend to study some more... g'night my friends.

Hmm, it was a fancy day. We played very well in the Tietge bonspiel... won our games on Thursday and Friday, and then played what was probably our very best game this morning against a rather good team, and then played for 1st Event against Pardeeville, and we won on a miracle shot of Casey's. It was very fancy, and our team played super well. Um, other than that I'm sick of thinking about finals. I want this week to be over, so my life can be back to normal again. Only one more week.
Speaking of being sick, I think I'm done with high school in general. I want out. Actually, if it was possible, I think I would go straight into the workforce and just skip college (not that I'm not excited). I just really like working full time in summer. And I need another job soon, it's that time of year for 15 dollar paychecks every two weeks. I think I definitely need to go find another job for the spring... I wonder who's hiring, probably not anyone.
I don't think I'm sick of really the class or the work, I'm just sick of the environment in high school. Don't you every wish you could be homeschooled with your friends? There are about 20 people I would be happy to see all day everyday at school, and the rest are just irritating fillers or aquaintances that I have to make small talk with. I know that I can be petty and stupid and obnoxious and stupid some more, but there are lots of people who other people think are fancy and/or mature and/or special, but they are actually just silly high school students. Gah.
Well that's my bitching. I'm done for a bit. Now I need to get some sleep so I can actually do some studying tomorrow. But I'd like to say that I still Julie is one of my favorite people in the world and that the people that don't know her need to appreciate her much more than people generally do, and that I wish that a friend of mine with grasp what is waiting for her so we can all stop randomly calling his house. GAH to that. Speaking of boys 'n such, I wish Matt would come home so I could tell him about Tietge. Yay. Goodnight my friends.

Here it is...
The Matts are so cute... I'll have to borrow a copy of the one of Natalie's boyfriend humping my leg while my boyfriend laughs.
Yes, yes, I got uber motivated and decided to update once again today. But I discovered a random link I bookmarked... of the Virgin Mary on a grilled-cheese sandwich... and wanted to post it. I also was randomly surfing blogs, and I discovered a reason for the regulation of who is allowed to surf the internet. It starts with some really irritating pop ups as you enter, and then you get smacked in the face repeatedly as it loads. Gah... look at it. So much pink... and moving jpegs... bad grammar...and crappy music. And Matt's take on it: "If you ever create a blog like it, I will break up with you and gouge out my eyes..." God, maybe you can't appreciate how horribly BAD it is unless you are into web design and whatnot, but still, GAH! But I've recovered, and I decided there isn't going to be a snow day tomorrow. Bah. G'night all.

I feel like skanking. As in dancing, I'm not a whore. But I am a jerky skank, if that makes any sense. Jr. Girls was very fun, but I failed to bring a camera, and so now I only have pictures of Matt and I, which I'm sure no one really wants to see, but I do have that one of my Matt dancing with Natalie's Matt... so that's getting up here for sure. Speaking of pictures, I've been sifting through South Africa pictures, but there are so many I can't possibly post them all on the internet... but they will be coming eventually.
Now for the part of my life that no one cares about... I feel like talking about it. Jr. Girls happened, it was fun, Barn almost had to take a cold shower. Since then life has been... eh. Curling is happening, Tietge is going to be fun but tough. School is kind of kicking me in the face... there are a few major tests I refuse to make up yet, but oh well. I can't wait for this semester to be over, because I think next semester will be a lot more relaxed, and then it'll be that kind of fresh start where I have absolutely nothing to make up from my trip. Woot to that. I'm not feeling happy with high school in general, I would like it to end now. Some of the people in high school are very silly. Um, besides from all of that garbage, Igora is apparently multilingual.

Hello hello all, I hope everyone had a very nice Christmas and New Years. I spent most of the time in rural South Africa, so the internet didn't really happen, but I did learn that literally almost every single person in South Africa has at least one cell phone, no matter what their income or living conditions. Overall the trip was really nice, we all had lots of fun. I have tons of pictures, but I think I'll only upload the ones that I took with our digital camera onto the internet. I found a really nice file renamer so I've got to sort through all of those and and then I'll get them up.
Anyway, considering that I was gone for 3 weeks my first day in reality was actually a very nice one. First of all, I happily don't have to do a big German project that happened before break, and that's very nice of my german teacher considering I have little time as it is. All the other teachers were really nice about things as well, so I don't think making up all of my classes will be nearly as stressful as I thought it would be, and it's also really nice to find out that a lot of the classes were amazingly lazy while I was gone so they didn't accomplish that much anyway. It was also very nice seeing all of my friends today, 3 weeks is a long time to not have any contact with anyone, besides from that one phone call. I was also happy because I got to see my dog today, gah Heidi is so cute, apparently she had a nice time where we were boarding her because she would play with the other dogs so much they eventually got sick of dealing with her and left. She's all fluffy now with her winter coat. Plus, plus, I got my luggage back today, way to go Delta for finding it, even though they lost it in the first place, gah. But I got it back. And it was also happy that I got to curl today, even though I complained about being a tired South African. I still had fun curling. Overall it was a very happy today which didn't smack me in the face like it was expected to. Thanks everyone for being happy to see me, that was nice. I've got a bit of catching up to do, but I'll try to find time to upload those pictures really soon. G'night.
