Ahem. The Parody of a Live Journal.
My life sucks. Llama!! I've like, totally got a stalker! And I totally still owe my parents like 300 bucks! Could live get any worse?! Shoot me now. And llama again! I have to work today! Gad, the horror. Thank god I can get wasted tonight and forget all of my problems, because spending money on alcohol and pot is totally what I need. And I'll like totally forget my problems while my throwing up during my hangover later. All I spend my time on now is trying to figure out more ways to be superficial.

God my life sucks. I've got totally great friends, and that happiest boyfriend ever. I'm starting senior year and after that I can go to college and start a decent career. I've got a happy job and I can work decent hours. I get to do crazy/fun things like drive out to Merrill for an ice cream sundae and then spend the evening laughing with a good friend. My life also sucks because so far I've had a great summer rocking to Ben Folds, spending time at Chris' cabin, and in the very near future I have to go curling... two weekends in a row! Crap on that! God, could my life suck even more?! Cough cough cough.

Anyway, in happy news: 400 Block Rock tonight, we are going to have a blast! G'day everyone.

Go Go Lance Armstrong, who just won his 6th Tour de France.  In the article he says fun things like: "I love the Tour de France. It's my buddy." Woot for him. And yay! Me and Mel are going to Eau Claire today!

"My life [is] spiraling downward into a smoldering abyss of torment and frustration...". No, haha, just kidding. My life is pretty darn happy actually. I went to the Renaissance Festival yesterday, and I got to pet llamas, so it owned. Anyway nothing much else to say actually, besides from the continual prodding, you all know what it's about. But I am going to visit Eau Claire tomorrow with Mel, it should be good fun. And before I go I have another quote, but not from a LiveJournal (which, may I say, is total crap compared to Blogger. Blogs eat LiveJournals for breakfast). This is from Stephen King's short story Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption, because you all know I love the movie: "A real knee-slapper was old Mert, and I hope he died of intestinal cancer in a part of the world where morphine is as of yet undiscovered." I find it entertaining. Finally:
Happy, Happy, Happy Day!!

Just recommending the newest "This Week in Pictures"; I think the Afghan woman getting her voting registration is the happiest one. Anyway, I also prod you for bloody page ideas!!

Thursday, July 22
Morning, I'm back from vacation. T'was fun, spent lots of time with cousins who were convinced my name is Andrew and despite their young ages of 4 and 8(ish) , have an obsession with James Bond; Die Another Day (I watched bits and pieces of it 3 times, just to keep them happy). Ah well, bonding time is good. Anyway, fun things to say: Jill joined the forum, and so should you if you haven't, and I also stumbled upon a rather interesting site... DateJesus.com. No joke. It's... intriguing. Going to get ready for work now.

Evening... several bits of news tonight. First, check out the TMBG music video (suggest by Kim, passed on by Mel) featuring Homestar Runner characters, and then check out an article on Martha's prison sentence. Otherwise, Kim wants Top 10 back... and I'm waaay to lazy to run the page. So if someone would like to run that page (or another page that they have an idea for), contact me... please... Also, I'm going to be on vacation with extended family until sometime on Wednesday, so the place should be quiet until then. But the forum may not be so be sure to stop by there. Have a good weekend!

Morning again, I forgot to post this random Antarctica article that Matt sent me. Other than that I continue to prod you page ideas. I know you have them... and I know you want to run them....

Tuesday, July 13
Morning... and early it is. Igora answered a question; we didn't slack off this time! And if you're still bored you should read about the current insane Jeopardy winner (who has won the game 28 episodes in a row).
I would also like to prod you visitors and ask if there are any new page ideas that you have in the making... we need some new pages. And if you feel like running that page, or any of the existing pages (much like Kim runs the 'Scopes page) feel free to tell me through the forum, tagboard or by emailing me. And speaking of the forum, it went crazy last night with posts, I would check it out. G'day all.

Monday, July 12
'Ello everyone! It's Monday... bah, and I spent another day at work... not working. Anyway, just wanted to post a link to some pictures of the Chalk it Up party downtown. I wandered down there with Matt on Saturday, I believe, and it was pretty happy. They haven't really posted too many pictures though, which is a shame, because there were some pretty cool pieces of art there. Anyway, that's what I wanted to say.

Saturday, July 10
The whore-a-scopes are up (Thanks Kim!). And I think Kim's website is pretty.

Donkey kills 43. And I'm still waiting on those horoscopes. By the way Kim, you need to give me your website address... curiosity is killing me.

Thursday, July 8
I was motivated at 2am last night to do something around here, and I finally did. Although I wouldn't call it long awaited, it is a change. I finally added some more downloads... more "screen mates" as they are apparently called. Have fun downloading your hearts out, some of them can be amusing... Other than that nothing happened, but I would suggest visiting the forum if you are looking to cure some summer boredom... usually there are at least a few conversations happening.

Wednesday, July 7
And we thought the new campus restrictions at West sucked; poor Japanese kids.

Tuesday, July 6
An interesting article on the history and future of computers.

Sunday, July 4
Happy 4th, to you Americans. Things are dull at the moment though; it's raining and the prospect of cleaning on a public holiday is depressing. Anyway, Igora answered a question, and by the sound of it Kim has finished the horoscopes for the month of July. I don't have them just yet, but they will naturally be posted soon... so you all know what to expect this month. Kim is so good at predicting our futures! Anyway, hope everyone enjoys watching fireworks and eating monkey tails today as much I will.
