Topaz update for y'all. Topaz was pronounced totalled. They gave me a value of $1500 (where did they find that number?). The highest bidder from the scrap yard was $201, so I'm probably going to be buying my car back and getting $1299 back from the insurance company to put towards the $2500 worth of damages. Yay! I'm so excited to lose over $1000 to repairs for an accident that wasn't my fault! Score!!!

It is officially the last day of 2003. I always miss the year when it's gone. I'm pathetic like that. And 2003 was a good year. And it's late. And I'm bored. Should I do something with this website? I feel motivated. But I won't feel motivated 8 hours from now when I wake up.
But I must say, my domain has been thwarted. Apparently Stephen Kellogg wanted to name is album "Lucky 11", and he did. Darn.

Woot, Happy Christmas! Yeah, that was almost a week ago already. Anyway, I trust that everyone had a nice day on Jesus' birthday (Happy Birthday my holy friend, it's the big 2-double-0-3). I had a nice day of Jumper cables and hanging with the family. Since then I've partyed at Mel's and worked. And jammed to the Spice Girls, once again, woot!
And, behold! I've updated. I saw an awesome movie, read the review. I also did some random updating around the site. Oh, and make sure to check out my latest scan. Andy and I often go really bored in CCD. And that's it for now, sportsfans.

A sad day for the Topaz. The dear old Topaz may be no more. While driving to go get my mother's christmas present with my little sister, I was getting onto Highway K, and some punk college kid decides to not pay attention and rear end my left tail light. Two hours later, I'm emptying the Red Ryder out of my car with the extreme doubt of ever driving ol' faithful again. No doubt the insurance company will total the car. Poor Topaz. And all I have to say is police officers are crabby and driving an automatic is really hard!
But I couldn't refrain from posting this little gem. I introduce you all to Mel's shopping list:

And I've got one thing to say to a certain person. You probably won't know who you are, but everyone else will: GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! YOU BITCH.
That feels so much better. I think I'll go play some Mad Shark. Oh, and I fixed the link to Bothering Snape, for some reason the other site was down. No worries.

Ahhh. Christmas Vacation. Joy! Even though I still have my semester project to do, plus a few Alg assignments, life is still good. I have a 2004 Extraordinary Chickens calendar (not to mention that May's chicken happens to be Silkie, woot!), I can now eat solid foods, and the Doc loves me, hehehe. Poor Mel, I still love you. But it was a long day today... even though I only did two things: finished shopping and doubting the maturity of humans.
But... But... Be happy! As I promised, I did some updating! New under opinion, the The Offical Rules of Baseminton, thanks to Kim and Becky. I also finally updated Top 10, which was very old... but there is a new theme and I expect everyone (yes, all 5 of you!) to submit. Igora also answered a question.
Plus More! (Yay!) While surfing I found an awesome online game (no downloading required!) that I've become sadly addicted to. Go check out Mad Shark, which involves eating scuba divers, and that's always fun.
Also, for all you Harry Potter fans, here are two hilarious flash cartoons: Bothering Snape and its sequel. They are very random, but great.
Wow, long update. I'm done now...

Life is a whore. Yeah, I just had an entire post written out, and it got deleted. Another reason life is a whore. As well as that, World Lit's semester project as turned my life upside down, even though I only started really working on it mid-last week. Getting my wisdom teeth out didn't help either (believe me, a diet of jello and snack packs is no fun). But I must say, Lord of the Flies is a fantastic book. I suggest reading it.
Other than that I've got the flu. That prevented me from going to school or Medford for the curling match today. No fun. But alas, apparently Mel gave them the ol' one-two and beat them down. Go JV curling! Woot.
I know I've been lazy, but the last few weeks have been crazy. But I do leave with a quote: "How long do you think it will take Kim to not be in that dress?" ~Chris (her boyfriend). Heh heh heh. English is a tough language, you betcha.
To come in the near future: Basemitton and "Bothering Snape".

Long pause due to sickness and life being hell. Yeah, after the bonspiel I got sick, so no updates on Sunday. Bonspiel-wise, we kicked the crap out of some kids to win the gold. The youngest kid we played was 8, and the oldest was 14, but almost all of them had more experience then all of us combined. We won every game, but I didn't play in the last one because I was still recovering from vomiting out the side of car. Yeah, my life sucked. But that's alright, we earned a shiny medal and a snow globe! w00t!
After being sick on Monday, I'm kind of recovering from the blow of homework. I've got a huge project to work on for World Lit (the Doc really slacked of on this one), plus I'm getting my wisdom teeth out on Friday, so things will be sparse over the weekend. But Igora did answer more questions, so it's all good.

Dirty Cheaters and Yogurt!Good and bad day today. The good; the pie creation Kim and I created was considered tasty. By the way, our pie was a Chocolate Organic Banana Creme Pie, aka Gelatinous Blob). The bad, the Medford team is horrible! We lost badly, but apparently several people noticed "strange things" happening to their rocks which seemed to make them better off. Hmm, tricky them. We'll keep an eye out next time.
I'm so busy right now; I shouldn't be updating. Lots of work to do and I should be studying and getting ready for the Bonspiel. I'll be gone all weekend, but hopefully I'll update Sunday afternoon with bonspiel stats, and Igora will answer questions then. Tschus!
