Spring on campus

Oi! Nothing too exciting has happened, except that for some reason I have been incredibly motivated and have accomplished quite a bit since Sunday... which includes lots of paper writing. But I took some random pictures of some of the beautiful trees around campus that are blossoming right now, it's actually really pretty. Spring is definitely a fun time around here, for some reason there are bands playing all the time on the campus mall in the middle of the day. I was pretty excited to hear the one that was there today sing "Float On" and "I think we're alone now", which I thought was a pretty impressive range of musical tastes... Anyway, that's my story for the day. Otherwise I've posted more pretty pictures in the gallery, as well as the rest of the croquet ones if you haven't seen those... and just in case you haven't noticed, I've been placing pretty much all of the pictures in the Spring Semester gallery, so that's where to look.
The rest of the week is looking pretty interesting... so perhaps I'll post more soon or over the weekend.

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimmed,
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance, or nature's changing course untrimmed:
But thy eternal summer shall not fade,
Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow'st,
Nor shall death brag thou wander'st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st,
So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.
