Hello all... I hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day Weekend, as for once the weather was really nice in Wisconsin, although it did storm a bit on Saturday. Since my last post I've been wandering around doing lots of stuff... Friday night most of the group gathered at Perkins and then played some Bocce Ball on the 400 Block, which was good fun. Saturday I went to a rainy wedding near the Eau Claire Dells, which was a testament to the tastiness of home-cooked food. Sunday I hung out with the Wierzbas and went boating on Lake DuBay. It was so hot it was nice to go swimming, and it turns out there is a really nice sand bar in the middle of the lake that was perfect for playing volleyball with a kickball and attacking one another with Fun Noodles. Later that night there was a tasty barbecue and Lawn Golf and Bocce Ball... and Julie and I thoroughly own at Lawn Golf. On Monday I sat in the sun reading with Matt for awhile, and then Kim, Becky, Matt and I went to the Council Grounds State Park in Merrill. The weather was really warm, so swimming, sitting in the sun and playing in the sand was wonderful. After leaving the park we met up with Chris at the very classic Merrill restaurant Chip's and had dinner. So far it's been a lovely summer, although tomorrow I have orientation at work, so sadly the lazy days are ending.

But I suppose I can't complain, earning money will also be very nice.
Website-wise I added a ton of new summer pictures, mostly from Friday night and Merrill. In addition, there are videos of Matt and Kim escaping from the sand. These will be available for download for a short time:

Video 2I think that's about it for now, but again if anyone else has any summer pictures they would like to post, if you have an account for the forum you can create your own albums in the gallery. And if you don't have an account, make one! Otherwise I will probably be busier in the days to come.... but right now there is a lovely storm outside, and I must go sit upstairs and enjoy it.
