Hello all, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year's, it's been a really long time since I've said anything... Exams went well, Christmas was lovely, New Year's was eventful. For the first two weeks of break I didn't really do much besides be lazy and get braces. For this past week and next week I'm working full time to fund second semester, it's been crazy not working with an ADHD/crazy photographer, I kind of miss the ridiculous-ness. But it's been fun anyway.... um, when I haven't been working I've been hanging out with friends and whatnot, like lots of time with Kim, Becky, Dylan and Matt (like building giant snowmen, bowling and cruising the area's trailerparks). I also attended the SA Christmas party, with involved playing lots of Apples to Apples, as well as another Apples to Apples party at my house the other night... It's all good fun I say. That's pretty much what I've been up to, I can't believe there is only a week left of break, it's been going kind of fast considering how long it was.
Anyway, back to the giant snowmen. On New Year's Eve Eve Kim, Becky, Dylan, Matt and I decided to build a snowman on the 400 Block, and it ended up being 3 snowmen; 1 giant 9-footish one, a shorter normal one, and another sitting at a chair. The entire event was pretty crazy, it involved Kim and Becky buying a cucumber for the snowman's nose, and then they had to drive me back to the Pick n' Save parking lot to steal lots of rocks for the snowmen's eyes and noses. Anyway, it ended up being very fun, even though sadly the next day was very warm and the big one melted and collapsed. The sitting down snowman lasted a very long time, and at least we know that it wasn't crabby people that kicked them down, because the day after Matt and I went to take more pictures and the face of the big one had been replaced on one of the remaining large snowballs. So... that means a new gallery!! Yay. Check out the snowman gallery now, although sadly, due to dying camera batteries, the pictures aren't really amazing or anything. But you can see how spectacular they were in their prime. Well, I've got to go watch Tietge, I'll have to post more pictures of other things later, eh. Have a good one.
