Wow... I am tired. We got back from the Weezer concert a little after 4am this morning (so much for getting home earlier, hehe). Weezer ROCKED, as would be expected. The Pixies were good fun too, although not for those who didn't know their music, which is understandable. Overall the concert was amazing, especially since I've been waiting since like freshman year to see them. It was also very exciting while we were waiting for the show to start, because we were sitting a few rows back from the sound boards and we saw Karl, the band's good friend and webmaster, wandering around and eating nuts. I called out his name once, but he didn't hear and the Pxies' sound guy turned around and giggled at us. Very exciting. After a stop at Denny's at one am and running a red light, we eventually stumbled home. After I was getting gas in Wausau my car started making this ungodly squealing noise though, so I got to wake up at like 9:30 am to go get that checked out, which turned out to be a water pump scraping against some sort of belt or something... ah well, more money spent, but at least the Topaz won't be making that clunking noise it's been making for the past few weeks.... And I can't complain, the Topaz is very faithful and doesn't break down often. Wow, this is strange, I'm actually posting about my life here... and I haven't got any website-wise to say or any links to post... Crazy. Ah well, I'm going to go try to convince my sister to drink that one-calorie Coca Cola (otherwise known as unfiltered Lake Michigan water)... Casey took lovely pictures at the concert, so those might be up soon. Have a good one.
